Doctor Lowell and assistant nurses at this clinic are absolutely wonderful. Their compassion, professionalism, and patience make a huge difference, and I truly appreciate the care they provide.
I do want to share one important concern: the front desk staff needs to be more welcoming and clearer when explaining referrals and procedures. Many patients here are older and already in pain, and a little extra patience and kindness can go a long way.
This clinic has excellent medical professionals, and with improved communication at the front desk, the overall experience would be greatly enhanced.

While going through a painful back issue. Dr. Davis and Michelle and Virgina are awesome. My last visit was a follow up with Michelle to see what my pain level was after my last injection. Michelle listened took notes and showed empathy and understanding made suggestion, etc. Michelle made a regimen and a plan. Michelle makes you feel like more than just a number in the doctor’s office. Thank you.
Virginia in the authorization department truly cares. She gave me a little tour of the new office which is Amazing. Virginia took time out to explain to me what would happen next, and made sure I could get in to get my next visit as soon as possible. Virgina is a great complement to the doctor’s office, truly amazing. When I was checking out Daiya was great and listened while scheduling my next appointment. Thank You.

Doctor might be good however the office does not comprehend what the patient is calling for. Dr. Kirschbaum wanted to do an L4-5 S-1 epidural injection, he suggested this on October 13th, we set up an appointment November 3rd to do the procedure but needed prior authorization from my insurance company.
The insurance company didn't receive the authorization until 3 weeks after the doctor sent it in and it got denied because the office listed a procedure date of 10/23/2025 which was when the insurance company actually received the Prior authorization. I called them several times during this time frame.
The day I found out I was denied, I called to find out what other options Dr. Kirschbaum would like to do and the Woman with the Spanish accent answered the phone and doesn't comprehend what the patient is needing. She said the next option is paying out of pocket or bringing the letter to present it to them so they can see the next steps. I have decided to not use Dr. Kirschbaum

I chose this office because of the great Google reviews, but I’m extremely disappointed with the care I’ve received so far.
Dr. Lowell Davis seems very knowledgeable, but my visit felt incredibly rushed, he pushed us out of the room so quickly that I wasn’t able to get all my questions and concerns addressed. To make matters worse, what he explained to me doesn’t match what the office staff is saying.
It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone. You’re left on hold for over 10 minutes, then either disconnected or asked to leave a message that no one returns. The doctor mentioned my appointment was tentative pending authorization and would be moved up once approved. However, the staff said that since the appointment is scheduled so far out and there are no notes, they aren’t even requesting the authorization. My insurance company also confirmed that no request has been submitted.
I’ve been calling for a week regarding an accommodation letter, and every time I speak with someone, I get a different answer or empty promise. On my most recent call today, the staff told me I could come to the office to ask my questions since the doctor wasn’t in, how is that a reasonable response to his lack of notes or communication? When I asked to speak with the office manager, the staff member hung up on me.
