- BGBrian Glade2 days ago5.0I finally came here a second time and was met by the store manager Heather. She was fantastic from the beginning She explained everything to me. Every question I had there were no hidden fees there was no cult like attitude. She was very professional and made you feel comfortabl. The eye exam went great and from there we went and looked at frames She was very helpful as I was by myself and I'm just a guy. Based on her personality her customer service and how really nice she is I would go in and get glasses with her every single day and don't forget a little splash of Jade.
- JSJanet Schmidt4 days ago1.0I wasn't expecting my exam to be via a TV screen and not in person. THE PRICE FOR GLASSES WAS ASTRONIMICAL!!!!! $800 for a pair of glasses!! Nothing special - they were bifocal, but no add-ons, and not designer frames or anything like that. At America's Best, where I usually go, the eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses is $129. Period. I about fell off my chair when they told me the price!! By then, though, it was too late.

When I told the lady that I didn’t want to spend no more than $150 for glasses only, she told me she could do that if I picked my frame from one area. I picked a frame in that area and she still charges me $190 for an exam and glasses WITH GOOD INSURANCE…. I am very disappointed!!!!

First things first, they were extremely helpful and mindful of my needs, the eye exam was quick and informative. The 2 young women that were working that morning did a fantastic job of interacting and assisting not just me but other customers in the store as well! If I had to make one comment that was slightly negative, it would likely be that I have to wait 2 weeks for the new lense prescription, and I understand that that isn't on Stanton Optical. I'm just used to going to eyemart express and having the lenses same day. However, they do remedy that by forming the customer "temporary" lenses inside the new frame while you wait for the permanent set to be delivered!
