There’s an issue with a complicated wound where the wound vac is creating a challenge with staying sealed so we called to get some answers about what to do. Initially Mr. White was argumentative, defensive, and recommended we find another HHC provider. When I reminded him his company is the one under contract at the moment and we would deal with him, he became more approachable and willing to discuss our issue. So far Brooks has failed us and based on what we have seen so far I would not recommend this company to anyone needing home care.
