However as I sit here almost 30 minutes past my appointment time, 2 walk in’s arrived just minutes before me and they took people back in the order they arrived instead of by appointment, I am realizing appointments mean nothing to them. I come here regularly and this is the second or third time this happened. They don’t even ask about appointments or look at their own sheet.
