  This branch took really good care of me today. No appointment, I asked if they were free for walk-ins and they said yes. Signed in, filled out a small slip with my info, and was seen immediately. The prep, questionnaire, and donation for a single unit of whole blood was quick and very easy. Staff helped with a positive vibe each step of the way and allowed me to ask questions with clear answers. This location was also very clean and very spacious, not as tight as other locations or buses. The insertion was also quick and much, much better than I have had at other locations. It did not bother me, and I was able to lightly squeeze my foam ball without feeling any odd or irritating pressure. For a person with narrow veins as mine, they nailed it first shot. Shout out to the Monday PM staff. They offered me to stay a few minutes after my donation to recombombulate, and I took some cookies and juice on my way out. I definitely will consider revisiting next time I’m up this way.

  Clean facility and generally nice people. However as I sit here almost 30 minutes past my appointment time, 2 walk in’s arrived just minutes before me and they took people back in the order they arrived instead of by appointment, I am realizing appointments mean nothing to them. I come here regularly and this is the second or third time this happened. They don’t even ask about appointments or look at their own sheet.

  My experience at OneBlood was very pleasant. After the initial screening process I was greeted by a friendly nurse, Katey. She asked a few questions in regard to my health. This screening will indicate your blood type, pulse rate, blood pressure and cholesterol levels. She was very professional and gentle. I have a fear of needles, but did not feel any pain whatsoever. The whole process took aprox. 20 - 30 minutes. It was very rewarding to donate and help a person in need. I actually learned that by donating blood you can save up to 3 lives! The building is immaculate with a very professional staff. After the procedure was completed I was given a t-shirt and a $10 gift card. Also, they offer yummy snacks in the waiting room. Overall, a pleasant experience. If you enjoy helping others this is a wonderful opportunity to do so.

  Excellent attention and very informative. Location is very clean and well-maintained. Staff is very friendly and approachable.
