He built a customized workout and nutrition plan for my situation, which has made all the difference. When I started this journey, my body fat was 32.9%, and I’m now down to 21.8%. My A1C down to 5.5 from 6.5 and I’m off Metformin medication! My blood pressure medication cut in half as well!! The guidance, structure, and encouragement have been truly life-changing. Highly recommend! 💪🔥
- DDDanDec 26, 20255.0Lift 355 is a fantastic gym. Clean, up to date, and quality equipment. The atmosphere is top tier and probably the best in the area. Only inconvenience is excessive videography at times. Rules state no tripods but that rule is frequently violated. A few times I’ve seen full DSLR setups, it’s annoying. I hope that slows down in the future, usually not an issue during less busy hours. Overall great gym!

It’s always a Have a nice lift/day at the desk with a caring staff. There is a great community at this gym and everyone is there to work hard and strive to get better, and the owners are constantly continuing to improve the gym with top of the line equipment and listening to their members. If you’re in between this gym and a commercial gym in the area, Lift 365 this is the place to be!
