All problem areas identified by Liz were shown to me and discussed with Dr Reya Weeks, and Liz. My questions answered. After consulting on site dental insurance expert. A plan to address each issue was printed by Michelle, with timeline and cost breakdown showing insurance covered costs and my costs ( very Reasonable). Michelle, welcomed me to Dr Reya Weeks Oviedo Dentist, made the appointments . And Just Like That! I’ve found my forever Dentist! I and my Teeth have never been Happier!! Thank you Dr Reya Weeks, Michelle, Liz and all who contributed to such a positive and successful visit!

Reception has just one works for everything SORRY! Today also, I waited for more than 20 mins and same experience .

Dr. Reya herself is detailed, professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable. The office itself is impeccably clean and there’s even little adult goodie bags when you leave. I will be trusting her and her staff with my teeth for life!

I missed my appointment with Dr. Weeks but did not receive my call to remind me of my appointment the following day. I understand that they don't owe me that call but instead of telling me that they argued that they DID call me. After talking with her front desk receptionist, she mistakenly admitted that she did NOT call my number. THEN it became about "oh we don't owe you a phone call". Then tried to charge me $50 for a no show after that but instead I asked the receptionist to tell Dr. Weeks about her mistake and to take it off. Which the receptionist did but clearly did not tell her the real story since Dr. Week removed me from her practice a week later. Also I never got a phone call from Dr. Weeks herself to talk about the situation. I requested a phone call twice. Instead she kept having the receptionist who lied to me and her call me back. She clearly doesn't value her costumers for the fact that I couldn't even get a phone call from her (doesn't matter what the final result is)
