  I am extremely disappointed with the billing practices at Brooks Rehabilitation in Oviedo. They charged me $600 for my son’s physical therapy sessions even though my co payment should have been $0, since my insurance (BCBS) covered 100% of the service. They never notified me of this mistake. I only found out because I carefully reviewed my BCBS health statements. When I contacted Brooks, they admitted the error, but then kept changing the timeframe to return my money — first 30 days, then 45 days, and now 60 days to send a refund check for money they should never have charged in the first place. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of responsibility toward patients. I want to warn others: always check with your insurance company to make sure your co paid and charges are correct, because Brooks Rehabilitation did not acknowledge their mistake until I confronted them, and I am still waiting for my refund. Very disappointed with this experience.

  I was in horrible pain and desperately needed ice on my upper back when I arrived for my physical therapy appointment this morning. I was so blessed to have Sijin L.! He was amazing, immediately adjusting my physical therapy plan based on my pain level and the need for ice. The therapy he provided offered immediate relief, and he gave me excellent follow-up exercises to work on. His genuine concern for my back pain and focus on my personal needs made all the difference. I wish I could request Sijin for every appointment of mine since he was so good. If you go here for physical therapy I hope you’re blessed to get Sijin also. I highly recommend him and his professional service! Thank you for a great morning doing my pt.

  This is my third experience with Brooks. The first two were for physical therapy, this one was with the speech/language therapist for lingering effects from a concussion. In all cases, I was treated with respect, given excellent instruction and therapy which was very helpful in regaining function, and given encouragement to keep moving forward. I would definitely recommend Brooks to anyone needing any of the services they provide.

  I chose Brooks Rehabilitation because of their great reputation. Chris helped me with a knee condition. From the front desk, to Chris and staff, all were top notch. My therapy was structured with goals. The process was precise and my rehabilitation was a success. Much appreciation to Chris and staff at Brooks Rehabilitation Oviedo.

  I really can’t say enough about what a great experience I had having physical therapy at Brooks. You won’t feel like you are in a crowd of people just being put through the same cookie cutter routine. I worked with Stephanie to address my low back pain and chronic sciatica. She spent a good amount of time listening and putting together a plan for my particular needs. She made a big difference In my pain levels and taught me quite a bit. Both Stephanie and Chris are knowledgeable, professional, and so very nice!
