- SPs pNov 11, 20255.0Appreciate the support extended by Joyce, Alex and Gaby to find out the best Frame n glass for me , One suggestion if you mix different colored tags , it was difficult to differenciate,( purpole colored tags faded n lookalike blue) , rather put same colored tags it will be easy n convenient for the customer to find according to their budget and save their valuable time I got the best look deal , they got good prices , recommend them

Due to traffic we made it to the Orlando West location at 5:30 PM. Rachel was wonderful and after she looked at my prescription, she realized she did not have the lenses needed at that location. She called the Orlando East location and they said they did. Traffic had us get there at 6:15 PM. I quickly selected frames and was told could get a second pair and total was only $129 ! (light blue stickers currently). Julien was able to cut and finish one set of lenses by 6:50 PM and graciously offered to mail other frames to my home address, so we could make a dining reservation. No notes.
- SSSnowtech SASOct 28, 20255.0I went on sunday around 4 and had an amazing experience with both Gaby and the sales guy, gaby helped me throughout the whole process and really explained everything well, i didn’t feel rushed at all. She also explained all prices to me straightforward and my insurance as well, very nice personality and LOVED HER. The exam was fast and felt a lot better than those people on the screen that make everything so fast. The sales person helped me too at the end, honestly the whole process was fast and i was out in 30 minutes. Definitely reccomend it to anyone wanting a fast service.
