- CLchristy love3 days ago2.0I would not recommend due to the fact that they bait and switch you by saying you can receive two pair of eyeglasses for $79 plus a free eye exam. But when you get there They don’t bother to ask you what you’re in there for, and up charge you for things you don’t need. I was quoted $197 for both the eye exam and the contact lens exam. But then when it was time to pay, they said I owe $338. And when I said I couldn’t afford it because I was only quoted $197, they try to get me to sign up for affirm so that you can make payments on it. Then I was told they would only charge my card $200 but then charged $279 resulting in an overdraft fee on my account and me not being able to pay for my lunch or get gas to get to work until my next pay check Because the refund that they said they would do for $79 does not process the same day. I would not recommend them at all. If you want to see actual reviews, look at their reviews on Facebook. They are all negative so I will be reporting that to the Better Business Bureau

- GNG nKS86Dec 11, 20251.0Paid a fortune for progressive glasses and I told them when they came in that the distance was real blurry- they told me to try and wear them for a couple weeks- still no better- went back in today and they told me I have to go see an ophthalmologist- why can’t they just retake my eye exam I see if it was processed correctly the first time. I walked out and want a refund for the horrible service we got.

And also thank you Julian for helping me and guiding me through various steps to help me. Stanton Optical are lucky to have you work for them top customer service thank you again Julian I'll be back to see you guys in a few weeks to get my new glasses.

The guy on the phone took ALL my information and assured me everything was set. Almost 2 months go by… nothing. I call back just to find out they NEVER even sent them out for delivery. No update, nothing. Completely unprofessional. Never spending another dime here. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
