  I went to the one in Orlando, some of the staff were very helpful, but most were rude, the ultrasound tech was unprofessional, I was in pain the entire time telling me with attitude to open my legs and not close them but how do u expect them to open if I’m in literal pain because of you. Do not recommend coming to this place at all. Was unpleased with the treatment and care.

  I had a great experience here. The staff and nurses helped me feel comfortable and supported from the moment I walked in. They were all very efficient and professional. The Dr was great as well. The waiting room was busy and I feel like I was still seen efficiently and in a timely manner. I think the nurses names were Kristen and Marcy if I remember correctly. They were super sweet and helped me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this location!

  En mi primera visita hace dos días llegué al lugar y fue una atención bastante rápida, un recibimiento muy cordial como si me conocieran de antes, TODAS las chicas son increíblemente agradables, la explicación de los procesos muy clara y precisa.... En mi caso no sé pudo llevar a cabo el proceso por los resultados, y me hicieron un refund sin problemas, me ofrecieron snack y bebidas, MARIA me trató muy bien y me hizo sentir tranquila en todo momento, también la chica que me hizo el ultrasonido y La Dra. Anna maravillosa ❤️ llegué aquí por recomendación de una amiga y porsupuesto yo recomiendo esta sede al 100% con los ojos cerrados, MIL GRACIAS!

  REAL CUSTOMER REVIEW, not paid, nothing. I just want to say that this is one of the best clinics I’ve ever been to. The entire team is absolutely phenomenal, so attentive and kind. They gave me all the information I needed (and even more than I expected!). Honestly, they helped me more than my OB-GYN. Cindy, who handled my blood test, felt like an old friend. She’s fantastic. She didn’t let me leave her room until I had all my results and answers because I was really concerned about what was going on. That level of care meant the world to me. And Dr. Varlamov, I truly wish she could be my OB-GYN all the time. She is absolutely the best. I have nothing but a 10/10 experience! I also want to address some of the negative reviews here. It’s worth remembering that not everyone treats healthcare workers with kindness, and that can affect their own experience. Each visit is unique. I was hesitant to come here at first because of those negative comments, and now I realize, I was wrong.
