- TTTchello_Thor5 days ago1.0they advertise promotions that are not true. then I contacted customer service twice - first lady said I would receive the bonus in 3 days, and the second lady NATALIE said I wasn't entitled for it because I donated after November 16th. On top of that, when I said their team was very incoherent and I wasn't going to donate again - she didn't apologize or anything - she just said: do you want me to remove your email from our communication list???? Just terrible customer service!!!

They’ve always moved pretty slow at this location but with recent staff changes the pace at which they work at is just ridiculously slow. Show up at 10:23 for a therapeutic donation (no appt required prescribed donation), it’s me and another patient looking to donate. 4 staff at the location but only 1 person can do therapeutic services. They take the First Gentleman back to process paper work and get set up. Tell me it will be about 20 mins. (est. 10:43) to see me which I’m ok with. At 10:30 another patient arrives to donate platelets with an appointment at 11:00. At 10:38 the only phlebotomist to process therapeutic donations greets the new patient and breaks the news to me I’ll have to wait until after the 11:00 appointment. So like any normal person that has to work for a living I got frustrated and left. Will look for a different location or provider unless I have 2hrs to spare. I miss Sandra (she was my regular phlebotomist)
