  Me realicé una tummy tuck el 15 de octubre todo salió fui al otro dia y todo bien. Volví hace dos semanas me removieron los drenajes, pero ya estamos a 10 de noviembrey nadie me ha llamado para saber como va todo.   I don’t recommend Magical Plastic Surgery. Dr. Higgins is skilled and personable, but the clinic is terribly run and caused serious distress. This is a place is about quick in-and-out procedures, with little to no help for recovery afterward. After my tummy tuck and arm lift, I came out of anesthesia crying for help and was ignored. When someone finally came, they dressed me with annoyance and wheeled me out before I was even awake. My friend almost threw up from how rough I looked. When I said I wasn’t ready to leave, they told me, “You can go to an emergency room.” I fainted several times in the first 24 hours. Despite that, 6 months later, I returned for a revision on my arm (which hadn’t healed properly and wasn’t symmetrical) and for lipo on my upper abdomen (which I hadn’t realized I would still need after a tummy tuck). I flew across the country for my in person pre op appointment, only to learn Dr. Higgins wasn’t there. The person they had me meet with couldn’t speak enough English to answer my questions but wanted me to sign liability waivers and make full payment before I could even speak to the surgeon. When I finally reached Dr. Higgins by phone and made the payment, the clinic gave away my appointment and bumped my surgery day. Not cool after flying there and having only so much time to have surgery and recuperate before flying back. Dr. Higgins may be talented, but this clinic’s operations are deeply unprofessional. Patients deserve far better treatment, care, and communication, than what Magical Plastic Surgery provides.

  I paid a $500 deposit for a surgical consultation after being shown before and after photos that were presented as the work of the doctor who would perform my procedure. After payment we discovered those photos belonged to a different physician and the representative admitted the surgeon shown would cost more. When I asked for clarification the clinic blocked my husband and me on Instagram and important messages were deleted via disappearing messages on WhatsApp. This felt deceptive and unprofessional for a medical business. I have filed complaints with the Florida Department of Health and the Florida Attorney General and I am requesting a full refund. If the deposit is not returned I will pursue all available legal remedies. Francesca Bauer

  Warning: Misleading Practices and Unprofessional Conduct I paid a $500 deposit after being shown before and after photos that were later proven to belong to a different doctor than the one who was actually going to perform the procedure. When I discovered the inconsistency, the representative began changing both the story and the pricing. When I politely tried to clarify the situation, the media person or manager blocked my Instagram account instead of addressing the issue. I also noticed that the messages were set to disappear after 24 hours, which is extremely sketchy for a medical business that should maintain transparency and proper documentation. This type of conduct violates the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), which prohibits false or misleading advertising in medical services. I have screenshots, voice notes, and full proof of what happened. If my $500 deposit is not refunded immediately, I will be pressing charges and filing formal complaints with the Florida Attorney General’s Office, the Department of Health, and other consumer protection agencies. People deserve honesty and professionalism, especially when it comes to medical procedures. Mirelys asked for information and then blocked all my accounts, as you can see in the pictures. This is very shady behavior and raises serious concerns.

  Unprofessional, untrustworthy, and no customer service manners. I’ll be more than happy to give anyone that’s interested full detailed story with my interaction with this place. Please believe the negative comments. They’re 1000% true. If I could rate this place -10, I would gladly do so. Since this business does not allow response back to their comments, I’m happy to edit my review to give everyone a clarification of how shady they are. I purchased two packages separately. I used the first one fully and then added the second one after that. Due to travel plans, I was not able to take advantage of the purchase so I reached out to Mirelys aka Mary. She didn’t respond back until a month later despite the fact that I kept reaching out to get on hold of her. Her response was that the decision was up to the massage place and not them. I questioned this because the payment was made through them. She insisted that it was not their decision. Then, I contacted the massage place and I obtained written confirmation that they’ve agreed to refund fully for the package since I didn’t make use of it. I tried to get on hold of Mirelys again to inform her of that. She refused to get on the phone with me. She kept telling Ashanti what to tell me on the phone when she was right there. I kept being placed on her after hardly getting in touch with them. So their response to this review is very much a lie and this place is very much a scam. You will literally have issues with them all the way. Save your self a HEADACHE and go elsewhere where you will be treated with so much respect. If there is a way I can provide screenshots for this, I would. ..——— Seems like they’re having issues with multiple people. I am NOT Gustavo and yes I am Higgins patient.
