  E estado en varias ocaciones atienden rapido y las 2 muchachas de enfrente ,bueno todos son bien respetuosos y tienen buen cararter yo las veces que e ido es para chequeo dot y test droga.

  I saw provider Cassandra Henry at this location. I have never felt as dismissed and invalidated as I did with this person. I will NEVER go back to this location. I didn’t choose it, my employer did. I have notified them of the situation and will not be under Cassandra’s care going forward.

  My job sent me here for a workers comp case. I threw my arm out or something. I just needed my shoulder to feel better because i was in so much pain. So they had to take the time it took to do the whole drug and alcohol test, since this incident happened on the job, and i was patient and understanding of that. But when I finally saw the doctor, he asked if I could lift my arm, and then went me to xray. Once the gray was done, maybe about 5 minutes passed, and the nurses came in to tell me i could go. Huh? So I'm just sitting there super confused because, while I know I'm not in a hospital, this particular clinic treats sports injuries,sprains whatever, why wasn't anything done. I told the doctor that I didn't understand. How i could come in pain and now I'm leaving in pain? He said that's why we gave you the heating pads. So yes, they did give me a couple packs of heating pads, but why didn't anyone at least help put one on me? So i asked if I could put one on now then because, hello!, my arm still hurts! He told me it's more and i could do what I want wth it, but did not help me or send anyone in to help. So I was working with one arm, trying to reach my opposite shoulder to apply this patch, and i felt so abandoned, neglected and just abused. Why am I in this clinic, but pretty much self healing. I have never dealt with anything like that. I guess their main purpose was the drug and alcohol, since my job sent me. Maybe their services might have been better if I came in on my own. I don't know. I just feel like they don't have much hospitality or obviously enough training to deal with people. Because no matter what, we all deserve to be treated like humans

  My husband was injured at work and received the worst experience of his life in this place, the doctor(SHE) who treated him did not want to help him knowing that he was in a lot of pain from the injury and still sent him to work again. The worst experience! If I could leave any stars, I would leave any, Worst place ever, Terrible management!

  The doctor that treated.me was very, very cordial respectful. She was sympathetic that I couldn't walk. The nurses and the Therapy staff are awesome. They were more concerned about me than I was for myself. The Therapy staff gave me so many tips on reducing my blood pressure because while there.y BP was elevated I want to use this medium nyo Thank all the staff at Concentra Urgent Care. Again, and again,I thank you all. May Almighty GOD touch and bless each an every one of you.
