  My company uses Concentra for our WC cases and fit testing, so I’ve been to quite a few with mixed experiences. But I can say that the Southchase location consistently delivers a positive experience. The people at the front desk are wonderful. And the nurses are great. LaVonda was kind and patient with me during a challenging ordeal. I really appreciate everyone at this location.

  I came in for an hpe and Robin the ptss side helped me tremendously and made my visit very pleasant I would recommend anyone to come this location they will take good care of you.

  I got there as they open the doors. Lobby was clean and receptionist was very polite. The nurse that took to the back was nice and patient. After she did what she had to do. She had wait in a room for the doctor and that was around 7:45 a.m. I was in the room until 10 minutes to 9. I went back out to check if they didn’t forget that I was back in the room. They said they was waiting on the doctor. Which the doctor was sitting right behind her. So I sat there for an hour and 20 minutes before he came in. And that took him less than 10 minutes to do the physical

  I recently visited this location and, although the service was fairly quick, my experience with the staff was not great. My English isn't perfect, and I was trying to understand the process to pick up my medication since I've never had to do that at a pharmacy before. The staff member named Robben was initially very rude and unhelpful. I asked her several questions because I genuinely didn't understand, and her attitude was quite unfriendly. I even had to tell her that there was no need to speak to me that way. Only after I mentioned it did she change her tone and start explaining things more clearly. I really think they need to improve their customer service. Many people are not familiar with medical processes here and need proper guidance. If they can't explain something, they should at least tell us who we can speak to or how to proceed. I hope they take this as an opportunity to improve, because the quick service was the only positive part of the visit.

  I had to come here for a workplace injury and I'm still waiting to be seen, almost two hours later, after walking in at 9 am. I was escorted to two different rooms that already had patients in them, then back out to waiting room. I had to ask the nurse if they were going to take me back, for a third time, and was taken to a third room. I've been waiting over 30 minutes now. Just checked with the staff, who are nice, and there's still 3 people to be seen in from of me.. if you come here, expect to be here for several hours. They need more staff or more doctors. Edit: The staff was really kind and apologized. Still, a 3 hour process for an injury is unacceptable.
