Miss Leslie however, she was just ungodly greedy, kept driving up the price of my exam, now I know why she doesn't have a ring on her finger, 🤣🤣🤣🤣, but honestly they were all very wonderful and I'll definitely be coming back to them in the future.

She laughed and snickered at me with a colleague when I was having difficulty with the eye exam, shouting “Nope!” And “That ain’t right” Finally I get a doctor for the physical, and he says “alright! An easy one” and checks my knee reflex, looks in my mouth, and sent me on my way. Glad I didn’t pay for this. What a waste of time

- AAAmandaDec 8, 20252.0The staff is very nice but the location is a mess. I had a 9 am physical and the girls at the counter were a bit confused becuase theybhad never done a ff physical. Once sorted out I filled out my paperwork on the phone and then I was told to fill it out on paper again. I didn't get seen for over 45 mins. Being that this was a physical, I knew there was most likely a drug test. I asked the nurse about it because I really needed to use the restroom. She stated I didn't have a drug test. I confirmed this 3 times before going and when I returned, I was told she made a mistake and there was a drug test. Not a big deal since I knew this process was going to be over an hour but still, could have done that first. I was also unaware of the new TB testing. Not that this is a problem, just is an inconvenience because this location is over an hour from me and I had to come back in 48-72hrs. Whole process for the physical was over 2hrs. Apparently they were short staffed. Fast forward to 48hrs when I come back for a "quick" TB read. Waited 30 mins and finally went back. We headed to the lab area which I was finding odd for a quick reading. Only to find out the previous nurse had forgotten to draw a specific color tube for blood. I was unaware of this. New nurse looked as confused as I was because she told me they assured her they contacted me and I was made aware. I assured her I had not received a call text or anything regarding this because I wouldn't have worn a long sleeve shirt. I told this nurse the previous nurse said they were short staffed and she replied they are always short staffed, can't get or keep anyone and always pulling from other locations.. moral is, be prepared to wait, for mistakes and waisting time.. nice people but cluster for management. Prefer never to go back if I have a choice.
