- CHCheri HolmesDec 16, 20255.0I have used this location twice now for two different recoveries. I finished recovery from a meniscus root tear last week. I cannot say enough about these people. I love how they all work together. They recognize issues and work to deal with them right away. I like how they let you know what the plan is and update regularly. I like the flexibility of scheduling a lot. The location cannot be beat. I have been to places where therapists are scheduled with multiple people (sometimes not even) and they walk away and you don't see them again until you go to find them. Time is wasted sitting and waiting. That is not the case here. They handle their workload well and are always working to time and monitor your exercises. They also listen to what you have to say. That is important to me and recovery.

My initial consult with Robin identified range limitations as an underlying cause of my shoulder pain, and established goal for improvement. Oscar, who would be my therapist for my sessions, was professional, and informative. Oscar introduced me to simple exercises that I could perform at home, or take on the road. But most importantly they addressed the issue, while giving me a clear understanding of how to maintain, and improve upon what we've accomplished these past few months.
