Thanks to Brooke’s rehabilitation (specifically Walter and Brandon), I was able to fully recover from tearing my quadriceps, and even going farther by strengthening supporting leg muscles to prevent future tears. They listened to my feedback and even adjusted my plan actively as we went along to better aid in my recovery. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs rehabilitation.
