  Worst place imaginable. Do NOT take you kids here. They will leave you locked out and in the dark. The dentist himself double parks and doesn't care about if the parking lot is filling or not, those are his two spots for his tiny luxury car. Was told to be here 15 mins early, just to be locked out past appt time because he was too lazy to be here on time, it's either lazy or doesn't care about his patients. And I do not wish to work it out with the office, I will be putting in a compliant with the dental accreditation commission.

  I wish there is no star to give this dentist when I first went to him to put a Denture. I was approved to the insurance to get a full Denture bottom and top so when he first told me he said on the bottom you have three teeth, he said you wanna pull them out? I said no I wanna keep them. That’s the only thing I left from God in my mouth originally I said I need a top and do me the bottom with the three teeth still in my mouth, he said OK so I went three times to fit in and whatever he did, but when I went Right away inside the room has assistant brought me a paper to sign so I signed it. I trusted them. You know you cannot not trust a doctor. anyway, so when they try to fit the Denture on the top it was loose. That wasn’t the final step anyway so I was telling the dentist it’s loose. He said it was not gonna be loose. Maybe it’s gonna be loose. It depends depends on what I don’t even know so I asked assistant assistant said sometimes people use glue sometimes people don’t use glue so I told her I don’t wanna use glue you know so they told me this is the almost a final step when I left? I forgot to ask about the bottom Denture so I called the office back and the lady said that he was only doing the the top Denture side that’s it. I ask why not the bottom and she said because you have three teeth in the bottom and I’m supposed to have full denture top and bottom and I told her the first time I went to see this doctor I told him if it’s not both top and bottom, I don’t wanna do the job even though the Insurance is paying . anyway, people please when you go to see this doctor make sure you read papers before you sign them don’t be like me. I was rushing. I was stupid not to read it. It’s my fault. I was just washing. I had to go home and eat. Take my insulin shot anyway, I’m calling the insurance company to cancel and I’m calling BBB to report them. It was a deer when I first saw him. He was supposed to do both top and bottom

  Avoid this dentistry if you can. Yes, the staff- starting with Sandra, is very nice, but I cannot say the same for Dr. Islam. My wife and I had back to back appointments and both were very disappointing. On the day of my cleaning, I had the earliest appointment. Dr. Islam showed up half an hour late. I had to wait outside with his staff for him to arrive. More importantly, this dentistry does NOT have an oral hygienist. As a result, Dr. Islam serves as an oral hygienist, but he is really bad at it and does a very superficial job. A strange fact: They don't have spit bowls at this dentistry. You have to wait until they finish, so that you can go to bathroom to spit.

  My daughter is here today it's clean the staff is friendly Ms Sandra is the sweetest and Dr Islam makes sure that she has anything she needs prescriptions,follow ups etc

  I went in as a new patient, the office was very unorganized to say the least. There were people sleeping in the waiting room, we made our appointments prior to coming with our birthdays, which after all the paperwork they refused my youngest (because she was under the age of 6). They didnt have a hygienist the secretary and dentst were cleaning my children's teeth. When it was my turn they said they couldn't do my cleaning that day, I'd have to make another appointment because they were past time to close. also didnt wear gloves when he suck his hands in my mouth and told me i needed to drill out my good fillings and put silver ones in them because my insurance would cover it.(they still manage to bill my insurance for it and an x ray) then told me my 10 year old son needed 6 extractions to get his baby teeth out. But when i was shown the pictures i didnt see anything wrong with them and they aren't hurting him. (Im in the healthcare field, i know what im looking at). Then my 9 year old needed 2 extractions. (Again he did not either) they brushed my daughters teeth so hard her gums were cut and they didnt floss or scrape any of there teeth. I've found another dentist, and have reported them for several things. I've never had such a horrible experience and cant help but think of all the people who trusted this man. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!
