  Rachel was absolutely wonderful! She was so sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable, and made the whole appointment feel easy and comfortable. She helped me purchase two pairs of glasses and a pair of sunglasses and answered all my questions along the way. Such a great experience thanks to her — I will definitely be a returning customer!

  Extremely disappointed with my visit today. I booked an appointment based on an offer on the website for an eye exam and 90 day supply of daily contacts. I even read the "details" of the ad to ensure it covered toric lenses, as I have an astigmatism. When I came in, I mentioned the ad and the nice lady who checked me in acknowledged that she knew what I was talking about. After the exam, when I went to check out and order lenses, I was told I didn't qualify for that deal due to needing toric lenses and was then quoted over $700 to order contacts. I explained to her that I read the details of the ad and it says sphere or toric. She argued with me and told me I just didn't understand, that it only covers sphere. I pulled it up and showed her and all she could say was "it's wrong". $180 later, I left with an eye exam and a pair of trial lenses. So, for $180 I get to see for 2 weeks, and still need to spend money elsewhere. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I will not return here or recommend this establishment to anybody. As you can see in the attached photo it clearly states that this deal is for sphere or toric. Edit for response: there was no confusion on my end; I know how to read. This is a matter of bait & switch advertising. The only possible way to correct this would be to honor the ad and order the lenses for me at the price advertised and refund the difference of what I paid, or a full refund since I will need to otherwise go elsewhere. If this matter can't be resolved in a timely manner, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as speaking with my attorney in regards to how to address this in a legal manner.

  Had eye exam and purchased 3 pairs of glasses including sunglasses. After less than 60 days of use the pair I had been using had a ear cushion fall off. I went back to get it fixed and was asked several times if I had the piece that fell off. After explaining I didn't and was unaware that it fell off until I took them off I was told that I had to remove it because they are thoroughly tested for quality prior to me picking them up? Really! I was then told it would be $40 to get it fixed!!! I explained that I had purchased insurance when I bought the glasses originally. She then explained that the $40 was the payment with insurance. I politely asked for my glasses back and left the store. I just purchased 8 ear cushions for $8. Please be aware. This is not a place to purchase anything from. Will never buy glasses from them again. I spent over $1000 there. Warranty is no good. Poor service. Blamed me for the crappy product....Merry Christmas!

  I have mixed feelings regarding this place. They listed on their website that they offer a comprehensive eye exam, but they are unable to dilate and have no optometrist that is present in the location. They did set up a telehealth visit for me while I was there so I could discuss the issue I was having with them. However, there was no urgency that was expressed with getting it checked out. When I saw a different eye doctor, they expressed much more concern about the issue I was having, which is the main reason why I have given this review 1 star. It also would have been nice if they had told me before the appointment that they could not help me with the problem that I had been having. This would have saved me time and money as I would have gone somewhere else. When it came time to checkout, they had told me that the cost off getting glasses would be the same as paying for the appointment. I had chosen a higher priced frame so I was expecting it to cost a little more, but it was considerably more than I expected. I am very disappointed in this place due to their lack of transparency when it comes to their practices and costs since it seems like they are mostly interested in your money than you. There was also no measurements taken at the time that I chose my frames and I was not informed of the price until I was paying. Highly disappointed.
