My glasses perspiration was expired, and the entire team lead me through the exam (Cecil) and frame finding and building process (Phillip) step by step! They were ready for me the very next day. They had to order the licenses for my second pair. The third time I went, Cecil came up to me and said what an impact I made on him for leaving a tip. I truly had forgotten that I gave him one, but he was really cool both days so I thought nothing of it! After he told me what it meant to him, I realized the smallest things can impact people in ways we will never know! So thanks to the entire staff, I would name you all but I didn’t know all of your names.
