It definitely has good programs, but the access to parking is horrendous. Games are ALWAYS starting and ending late, and there is NOWHERE to sit...EVER. It really needs to be rethought on how a lot of the things are done there. The coaches are hit/miss. Been doing my kids' sports for years.

Used to be a decent and not too busy place to work out with fun classes. It’s still not busy, but management here clearly prioritizes a few particular groups—senior citizens and kids.
No one at the front desk can ever get the activity schedules right, including on the TV screens, then they openly blame each other in front of customers for mix ups. Very awkward. The pool has been closed for months, it’s literally green from non-use and lack of maintenance, and they don’t care. They’ll tell you they just closed for the season, but that’s not true. I hear the employees commenting to each other about “maybe we should do something about the pool.” Yeah.. maybe yall should…
I asked for assistance from corporate, and they also could not care less. VP of Operations Delonyx Cortez doesn’t answer emails until a month has gone by and he has to be reminded to do it, and then doesn’t even have the courtesy to look into the issue.
I’m happy the community has this place for the people who are able to use it. It’s not for everyone though, and they make it really clear

Worst YMCA I’ve been to. Playground wasn’t accessible. Small location. Not enough parking. Never had staff for the sports teams. Pool was hardly open. The spotted man that the works the front desk was TERRIBLE! The YMCA should be embarrassed to have him as an employee. Will NEVER step foot in this location again.
