She knows all the details needed for assisting someone returning home from SNF care. She replies fast, communicates clearly, and is always honest and up front. I appreciate how she visits each possible patient prior to discharge. Her friendly demeanor is always appreciated and really puts the nervous patients at ease knowing they are in good hands.
