I called on a Friday night just before 5:00pm hoping, praying that someone would answer the phone and he did …. Keith was driving home from the office. He told me that he could help me on such short notice and that he would call me right back . When he called back , he had set up 3 days of caregivers to cover the weekend and would get back to me for the rest of the week. It was a pleasure to deal with Keith and the pleasure continued with each caregiver that I met. They were professional, friendly.listened to my directions and carried them out 110%. My sister was spoiled everyday with their attention, care and companionship . I never had to worry about them showing up late or leaving early … I had peace of mind everyday .
