    Schedule appointment and never have a therapist in the office this was our first therapist we ever been to before moving out of county and it seems like we get more miscommunication than Ashley a session we probably had all of about three sessions had 10 appointments and about seven out of 10 they tell us oh I'm sorry we don't have a therapist. I spend more gas money going up there to be told that I don't have a therapist then I do actually getting my daughter to see if therapist there

    I had a very good treatment experience with Sandy the receptionist and all the therapists, Sahill, Meghan, and Blair. Highly recommend seeing these professionals for all your Physical Therapy needs.

    Charged my insurance a ridiculous amount for my consultation and then they overbilled me which I paid. I have tried to get my payment back via several phone calls for the past month, including a supervisor call to no avail.

    I have used brooks rehab several times, and been very pleased with the care I received. Their staff is professional and truly care about their patients. One of the times I went to Brooks, I was recovering from cancer treatments. I had been hospitalized for 9 days for pneumonia and could barely walk with a walker. I told my therapist that I wanted to be free of the walker. By the end of my therapy sessions ( max insurance allowed), I was stronger and balance was better, but I still needed the walker. My therapist gave me a plan to follow at home to continue building strength and improving balance, and 2 months later, I walked into the rehab center to let her know that the therapy did it’s job. Balance was still an issue due to chemo induced neuropathy, and I went back to brooks for additional therapy. Again, their therapists listened to my concerns, helped me improve, and provided follow up instructions to help me continue at home. If you need physical therapy, Brooks is excellent!
