- OROmar RodríguezNov 6, 20254.0I have been waiting since October 17th for my sons lenses and today they told me I have to wait ANOTHER week, after they got the lenses wrong A SECOND TIME. They said they don't make my son's frames anymore, but I managed to find them in the store real quick. I offered a simple solution: send the frames so they can get the size right, but they said it's not possible due to some technical stuff. I offered a simple solution: since I'm still under warranty, just replace the whole thing but I don't pay the copay, because you screwed up TWICE. Not an option because reasons. So here I am now, doing the same thing expecting a different result... PS. I'm a very patient man, a mistake can happen, but the same mistake twice in a row is very unprofessional, let alone waiting for the inevitable THIRD strike. If it was for me, I wouldn't probably be this pissed off, but it's for my son! My five year old son who's vision is getting worse! Edit: I'm changing my review to 4 stars because they gave my kid new frames and he finally got the right lenses. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because a five star service would not get to this point. At the end of the day they delivered and took ownership for their mistake. Excellent work.

The thing that bothered me the worst when I was waiting for the technician to set up the room a bug ran across her desk. The other thing was she was the only one there and she was not very professional. The store was open but she was really ready for business she did not have her lab coat on and she did not even introduce herself to me. Will not go back here.

The telehealth refraction exam was new to us and interesting. We purchased two pairs of glasses: one that we were able to take home the same day of the appointment and another that we have to wait two weeks because it needs to be sent to the manufacturing lab. We recommend Stanton Optical for the great attention received by the staff and the same-day availability of glasses.
