Dr. Gaya was so kind and explained everything to me about my condition. He was very knowledgeable and was willing to listen to all my concerns. Such a wonderful doctor.

Im like o have Aetna, shes like well is it this or that, I honestly dont know but it says pos, shes like well it may work, but then never proceeds to set up or help with an appointment. Lack of urgency and laughed whenever I asked if she could help me determine if they would take me or not. Fire your front desk! As a first time caller thats your representation? Poor representation.
- MMMe MeOct 24, 20231.0Unprofessional and rude staff. I was referred to Dr. Gaya by my cancer doctor in May of this year where they agreed to take me in as a patient, months went by, no appointment. The staff of the doctor that had made the referral had called me to ask if I had seen Dr. Gaya. I said “No, they wouldn’t give me an appointment.” then, thanks to them, we had engaged in a three way conversation and, to my knowledge, it was recorded. The excuse that was given to me was that they needed more info from my doctor and I needed to do more paperwork. When my doctor’s staff had assured that they have given that info in May, I was told to do paperwork and that they receive new patients in November. I did that and then I was told I wouldn’t see the doctor till January of next year! When I asked why, no one would talk to me. I uncomfortably stood there and just left. The rude staff picks and chooses who to see the doctor and when. If you suffer like I do, good luck.
