Amazing, patient (get it.lol) and very kind! The PA (Matthew Winfree) was extremely personable (Great Guy). Not only that, he explained things so well and answered all of my questions without feeling as though I was being rushed. Awesome place . Thanks PA- Matthew Winfree for the attention to detail!
- STS TNov 5, 20251.0I have never only been asked to wear a paper gown for a physical, especially for pre-employment exam 🤨!!! Thank god I didn’t put it on because I was asked to squat and other simple physical tasks!! There is absolutely no medical reason a person should be told they have to wear a paper gown for a simple physical and it should be presented as optional to patients. The staff were helpful and friendly otherwise.
- AYArlyn YoungNov 3, 20253.0Waited a long time just to have a blood draw, allegedly the computers were down. Used to have all our company physicals done at concentra and always very long waits and confusion on what was required. When I entered I was the only person in the waiting area, two lady's working at the front desk, neither one was very welcoming and the one I dealt with definitely was not having a good day. I waited almost three hours and watched at least ten people enter and get called back and then watched them leave after being seen. I personally would not come back to that office but our company is teamed up with work care and that's where work care had me go. If they try sending me again to concentra I will refuse. When I did get called back to have my blood draw the lady taking the blood was great. I would rate her ten out of ten, the two in the front need some additional training. It seems like that is my experience at many of the different concentra clinics, staff conducting the physical or treating you is very good from reception staff not so great.
