After my insurance covered $4k and I paid $700 out of pocket for bone graft surgery, I called to schedule a post on appt to make sure I was healing properly and that all my stitches had dissolved. I was still picking them out a week later after being told they would all be gone in 3 days. When I called, I asked if there is a fee for a post op appointment- —yes $130. To be charged for the dr to make sure all is good after his surgery I find that an unacceptable business practice and should be included in the initial fee.

I was super nervous and anxious to get two of my wisdom teeth removed, but they made me feel so comfortable and confident that the procedure wouldn’t be bad. Also very grateful for the girl at the front desk for letting me borrow her brand new personal headphones to listen to my music during the procedure so I wouldn’t hear the tools as much. The surgical assistant was super kind and helpful as well. Dr. Piotrowski was knowledgeable, kind, gentle and confident! He removed one of my teeth and I didn’t even realize it was out yet. I honestly hate going to the dentist because I have a huge fear of all the tools, but the whole staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Thank you so much!
