Since Memorial Hospital would not accept our insurance. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and efficient. They immediately made sure Mathias was comfortable and quickly began assessing his condition. The doctors and nurses were not only professional but also very compassionate. They took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I understood what was happening, which gave me so much peace of mind during a stressful time. Everything moved smoothly — from check-in to treatment — and I could tell that everyone truly cared about helping Mathias feel better as soon as possible. Thanks to their excellent care, he recovered quickly, and we left feeling very thankful for the entire team. I highly recommend Nicklaus Children’s Hospital to any parent who wants their child to receive the best medical care possible.
