  Nickalus sent my daughter home with no antibiotics after noting fluid in one of her ears. They said the opposite ear was completely fine. Only for me to take her to her pediatrician the very next day and they saw that she had infections in BOTH her ears!! I had explained to the staff at Nicklaus that my daughter was on day 3 of having fevers on and off and they advised me to take her to her pediatrician if I am still noticing fevers on day 5. Like who in their right mind waits until day 5 of fevers to get treatment? The staff was not knowledgeable what so ever unless discrimination played a part. When I took her to her pediatrician the following day they even advised me to not go back to Nickalus after assessing my daughters ears. Please be careful parents..this place is dangerous!!

  Best place for quick care. Been many times and it’s usually a short waiting room time and they access you quickly once inside. They’re really great with the kids as far as being mindful of stressed parents and situations.

  Took my son to urgent care and he was taken in fairly quickly. The doctor heard my concerns and she developed a plan to help my son who was fighting off a cold. The nurses were prompt. All the staff were very helpful starting with the front desk.

  I always have a great experience at Nicklaus Children’s Miramar Urgent Care. The nurses and X-ray techs are so nice, patient, and helpful. I took my son to make sure he was okay, and they treated him with such care and compassion. They made both of us feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. It really means a lot as a parent to feel that your child is in good hands.

  I would like to share our experience with Riana, my daughter's Occupational therapist at Nicklaus. From day one, we were absolutely impressed with Riana's patience and her warm personality. The way she connects with our daughter during each sessions is truly heartwarming. It's evident that she genuinely cares for the kids she works with, and that makes such a difference! Riana has been instrumental in our daughter’s progress. The progress we've witnessed has been truly remarkable thanks to God and Riana. Her communication skills are excellent; she is always attentive and makes us feel comfortable and informed during every therapy session. If you’re considering OT therapy for your little one, I highly recommend Riana. She has made a significant impact on our family, and I believe she could help your family just as much.
