From the moment I walked in, the experience was absolutely exceptional. The staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, instantly making me feel comfortable and welcomed. The environment was clean, calming, and thoughtfully set up for relaxation and healing. The stretch session itself was phenomenal. Camilo took the time to understand my specific needs, areas of tension, and goals. He explained every step of the process and checked in regularly to ensure I was comfortable throughout.
The customer service was amazing! Every interaction felt genuine. They weren't just going through the motions— they truly cared about how I felt and what I needed. I'll definitely be returning and recommending it to everyone I know!!!!

Typical Miami Business.
Look, I love the service and the staff. I was a member here for several months. I sent multiple family members and recommended coworkers because the product is great, but the place is run like a joke.
Unlike the other 1-star reviews I was aware that I was signing up for a membership. They DO NOT show it to you or ask you to sign it, though. They show you a chart of how many stretches a month you want for a set price, take your card, ask for your email and phone number and email you a "signed" agreement after the fact.
I had some issues early on with running out of credits that they blamed on the system sucking, which, fine, they were always able to easily resolve by text or phone. Annoying but those issues were whatever.
After trying services with a bunch of the staff, you get into a routine with who you like, you book online with what works with your schedule, you show up, it should work like clockwork with minimal headaches.
In the last month, however, they changed 3 out of 4 of my appointments, often at the last minute, and when I dared to ask them about it they refused to take any accountability and instead insisted it was my problem, while busting out all of the excuses.
Of those three appointments the changes went like this: 1) Scheduled for a 3:30 stretch and the day of service I got a text at 1:00 saying actually this person's shift ends before that so you're going to be with someone else, 2) the day before a scheduled morning appointment getting a text that the person is unavailable due to a "special event" that probably was known about much sooner than the day before, and 3) a scheduled appointment today for 10:30 where the provider was hurt on saturday, they asked me yesterday to confirm then gave me attitude because I made a joke about the prior cancellations, then at 10:00 today they let me know he was unavailable.
Because they didn't tell me in time, I couldn't reschedule and since I was already on the way there, I thought I could get things squared away with the manager.
He acted confused that I would want to talk to him and I asked if they had any plan to fix their calendaring system to be able to better keep appointments, at first he acted confused, then got defensive telling me they have no problems with keeping appointments. He then tried to get cute with words claiming they'd never "canceled" any of my appointments, but instead that they just changed the person, he lied claiming all people are equally qualified and that I don't make appointments for a specific person (even though there's an entire online system dedicated to exactly this) but that I make an appointment with the company. Basically saying, hey, as long as someone is available, that's your problem! It doesn't matter if they just started last week, they're just as good and we owe you nothing. He also lied and claimed that they tried to call me when they didn't.
I don't do business with places like this who act like they can do no wrong and are entitled to my patronage.

I just turned 50 recently and was feeling different after my workout it was taking me longer to recover , my movements were forced, felt stiffness for the first time ever and also felt like better range of Motion could help me get better results, so I decided to call the guys at StretchLab Pinecrest, from the start they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. I honestly felt the difference from the first session and now my body can’t get enough of it. Never knew how important stretching was to my health and the huge difference it has given to my body and mobility, and the best part it is actually affordable, a lot less then a massage and it benefits a lot more. Thank you Camilo and all the Staff you guys are incredible, definitely recommend them.
I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.
I initially signed up at this location in February, believing I had purchased a small package of 8 sessions — not a recurring membership. I attended only a few sessions and was never charged monthly. Due to an unexpected family emergency overseas, I had to leave the country and was unable to complete the package.
Several months later, starting in August, I unexpectedly noticed charges on my account from a company name I did not recognize (“Club Ready”), not “Stretch Lab,” which made it difficult to identify right away. As soon as I realized what had happened, I reached out to the staff member who originally signed me up. He was very understanding, acknowledged the situation, and assured me he would work on getting the charges refunded.
However, when the owner contacted me, the conversation was extremely disappointing. Rather than taking the time to understand the situation or review the account history, he was dismissive, unprofessional, and repeatedly interrupted me. It was clear he had not looked into the details, and his approach made it impossible to have a productive conversation.
In the end, only a partial refund was issued, even though the charges were made without my informed consent and I had not used any services during those months.
While I originally wanted to support this small business, this experience left me very concerned about how customers are treated and how billing issues are handled. Based on my interaction, I unfortunately cannot recommend this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how they communicate with and support their clients

StretchLab charged me for four payments even though I was told by staff that I would not continue to be charged. I only received a refund for one unauthorized charge, not the original three I paid for. After finally issuing the single refund, they canceled all my memberships without my consent. Their management has been dishonest, and their written responses contain false statements. My mother’s shoulder pain also worsened after a session, and promises made to her were not kept. Very disappointed and would not recommend this location.
