I am still waiting for a prescription to order my contacts. Says because it’s been 6 months they would have to do exam again. When people do a yearly exam. I call to get a refund and they either don’t answer and let it ring or they answer start to help and leave me on hold. I’m sure there are plenty of notes on my file. Biggest scam!

My appointment, originally booked 5 days in advance for 6:30 p.m., was unilaterally changed by the business to 6:00 p.m. on the day of the appointment. The notification was sent via text just hours before the scheduled time. This short notice is unprofessional, as it does not allow for a customer with a busy schedule to adjust. The situation was made worse by a condescending staff member who insisted she had left a voicemail, which was not the case. My appointment was then canceled. A business that makes last-minute changes and then treats customers with such disrespect when they arrive for the originally scheduled time is failing in its duty to its clients."
