Their floor manager was very knowledgeable, and tried to accommodate to my budget! She really has the costumers best interest in mind! The staff made sure to take the time to help me find my best ocular fit and I would say has been my best experience in a retail optical! Be aware your checkup is not done by an in person doctor it’s done via telehealth, but the attention I got didn’t make me feel any less unattended or cared for! The combination of the staffs attention and the telehealth optometrist left me feeling very content and satisfied! I will be coming back, and the value is good for what you pay for! Highly recommend!

Al llegar por primera vez te hacen firmar en una tablet, por lo que recomiendo leer muy bien antes de hacerlo. En mi caso, la consulta fue con un doctor de manera remota, algo que nunca me informaron al momento de sacar la cita. En segundo lugar, cuando me entregaron mis gafas, la fórmula no estaba bien centrada: no veía bien y además las gafas se notaban de mala calidad para el precio que pagué (más de $600). Ese mismo día me hicieron un ajuste y decidí darles unos días de prueba, pero seguía sin poder ver correctamente. Cuando regresé a devolverlas y pedí el reembolso, la gerente me dijo que no podían devolverme el dinero de los lentes, solo de la montura, y que eso estaba en las condiciones que firmé al inicio. Tuve que abrir un reclamo con el banco porque, además, cada vez que llamaba para pedir información sobre la devolución, recibía muy mala actitud de parte del personal. En conclusión, no recomiendo este lugar. Vayan a otro donde ofrezcan mejores garantías, calidad y un servicio al cliente digno. No suelo dejar reseñas, pero esta situación realmente me molestó mucho.
