  Highly recommend. I went to get my eyes tested for contacts. It was my first time wearing contacts. Priscilla was more than helpful in showing me how to put them in and take them out! Cannot recommend enough. Overall, the process of booking an appointment, getting my eyes tested and trying the contacts was easy. I was able to book and get an appointment the same day

  lugar de verdad cero organización, tenía appointment hoy a las 3:45 y a las 4:40 me hicieron el examen manual que hacen ella y no me hicieron el examen con el doctor por qué no se conectó, de verdad que falta de respeto hacer perder el tiempo de uno ahi, espero más d una hora para que no me hicieran absolutamente nada y no me dieron solución la cubana

  Pobre gente que cae en esta óptica creo que hay q ser muy tonto para creerles y solo de ver los comentarios por acá pura publicidad a engañosa esa promoción q ponen de dos espejuelos por 79 solo es para q llegues adentro ya te salen con un precios exagerados y ni me vengan a responder aca que van a ver eso si no hacen nada por arreglar

  If you want great service avoid this place. Olga the technician was really helpful; but that is about it. I went for a test and the prescription was wrong, I couldn't see out of one eye with my contacts. Went in next day about 45 minutes before closing and was told by Raymond that It was too late to help me. So I went in a third time next day and instead of checking my prescription he just took a guess and gave me a different contact to try. This did not work and I told him it was blurry. He dispatched me and said try it for a couple days and see how it goes. In a couple days I called and asked to get retested. Showed up again for the fourth time at 5:50 on a Monday and was told it was too late to check me by the same person, because they had another patient and had to clean the equipment, ( equipment that gets cleaned after every single person goes through the process). By the way they close at 7 so from 5:50 to 7 should be enough time to help me out. I called and set up an appointment to go in for a 5th time and got tested. The prescription came out way different than the one 2 weeks before. And now everything was a bit blurry with both eyes. The technician told me he would be coming back in a couple minutes to help me out and an hour went by. He took care of every single person that came in after me. I ended up getting a refund for my test after spending 2 hours and 15 minutes at the store. My insurance was already billed for the contacs, so I called and made sure the insurance claim was canceled. The gentleman in customer service told me it would take about 45 business days for my benefits to get reinstated by my insurance. So now I'm supposed to be without a good prescription until december. So yeah, avoid this place they don't even have a real doctor on site. If i could i would give 0 stars but I can't.
