- RLRicardo LucasSep 7, 20241.0I am a regular blood donor , and have always been pleased with the service and courtesy provided by the phlebotomists, but today Saturday, September 7, 2024 On Biscayne Blvd, and 146 street ( publix) the phlebotomists in charge of the red bus were absolutely rude ( the guy and the girl) totally disappointed. I'm Not donating again. The previous time I donated full blood ,the lady phlebotomist was rough with my arm to the point of leaving an hematoma (bruise), but guest what? She was nice. these two lack manners when talking to donors.

Just really bad employee customer service. It’s sad that an organization that relies on the public to voluntarily donate blood can’t get the basics right like making you feel welcomed. Won’t be going here anymore to donate blood
