- MCMarizela CabreraNov 24, 20251.0No es la primera vez Que comparator mis experiencias tan desagradables pero está que tuve hoy es la mas desperate y extenuadora,7 llamadas para una simple authorization para un procedimiento,que fue solicitada desde el 20,su cita a las 10:45 tuvo que ser pospuesta por que ficha authorization después de 6 llamadas no estaba lista hasta que tuve Que hacer la 7 .yo tuve una entrevista con la asistente del administrator pero al parecer la ineptitude del personal es generalized,ponen un audio cuando te dejan en espera que es una total mentira porque nada de lo que dicen ahí es cierto ,mi madre tiene 90 años con problemas del corazón. Un infarto cerebral que apenas se puede comunicar y por la negligencia de ustedes pierde citas importantes porque cuando no son los referidos son las autorizaciones ustedes no hacen bien el trabajo y simplemente tan fácil como regresar a la casa y volver a lo mismo otra vez ,mi madre estará ahí hasta que termine diciembre porque en enero comenzará en otra clínica para ver con que suerte navegamos.Espero que este mensaje lo vean los directivos y por lo menos piensen si tienen padres ancianos y se les mueve un poquito la empatía ,humanidad,el amor al ser humano y hacen mejor trabajo

Gracias por estar ahí cuando necesito.🙏🏻
