  Went there for workers comp and the staff was amazing. From the check in to the checkout, they were very caring and polite. The best part was being assured form Renata before getting shots that everything will be okay and that the shots won’t hurt as much. She was right! So was nothing short of amazing. I can not stress enough how good of an asset this young lady is to the company. Love it!

  My father went to this Concentra center for his annual DOT physical, and I must say he was extremely pleased with the experience. Dr. Gustavo Peña was incredibly patient, answering all his questions thoroughly and taking his time without any rush—something that's rare these days. You can tell he has years of medical experience, and it really showed in how carefully he handled everything. Zoyla, the medical assistant, was wonderful—professional, kind, and efficient. Overall, it was a very positive experience. They truly treat you with care. I highly recommend this Concentra location to anyone needing a DOT physical!

  My visit to Concentra Urgent Care was an excellent experience thanks to Renata. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Her calm demeanor and positive attitude truly made a stressful situation feel much easier to manage. Renata was efficient while still being thoughtful and patient-focused, which made a big difference during my visit. She showed genuine care and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Her compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail reflect extremely well on Concentra Urgent Care. I am very grateful for her help and would highly recommend this location because of the outstanding service she provides.

  I had an incident while I was at work my manager and HR suggested to me to go checkout my foot. Once I arrived to Concentra Urgent Care I had to fill out a few forms until I got in. The person who took care of me at first was such a genuine and caring person I won’t forget her name she has such a beautiful soul !! “Renata” the tone of her voice made me feel so at ease and comforted. She listened carefully to my story and checked me in gently with a lot of professionalism and assurance, saying that I was in good hands and that the rest of the team will make sure to do their best in taking care of the situation and remove the pain that I was going through (Broken foot)… I had to come back the next day and continue with some more tests. Dr Ramon was amazing he made sure that I don’t leave the place without a prescription and guidance for my treatment. The hands of “Patricia” were very gentle with her injection. Dr Ramon is very humble and humane, knowledgeable in all that is related to my condition and work guidelines so I can reach out to my HR….. To sum it up all the team effort done was key for my situation where I left the facility with a smile even though I had a broken foot. Thank you Concentra Urgent Care Miami for making this experience light to my spirit.
