They took 2 hours and had me wait to verify my insurance and tell me that it’s not in their network even though it’s listed on their website and my provider’s as well !! Refused to find the mistake , reluctant cooperation ( annoyed), no compassion and either rude or ignoring my questions . When I requested the office manager, there was no interest to find a solution - ‘nothing we can do’ .. besides telling me to pay out of pocket or go home.. completely unacceptable interaction, unprofessional with such attitude. Complete lack of integrity and common decency or empathy. Some training in customer relations and kindness would be beneficial. Clearly not to generalize but it was my experience.

Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, but she was also patient and understanding as well as informative. She strived to provide clear instructions, but she was also compassionate. I came into the Concentra nervous, but not only did Connie put my mind at ease by reassuring me but she also was very skilled and knowledgeable. She instructed me step by step as I completed my Pulmonary Exam, putting my nerves at bay. I would highly recommend this clinic if you're seeking efficient service and knowledgeable healthcare workers.
