While I was in the lobby, another person arrived complaining of severe pain and services were denied because he did not have medical insurance. I understand they are not an emergency room but as a healthcare professional the least they should’ve done was check his vital signs and call 911 for him, instead they just told him to leave. At my arrival I said “good morning” and the response was a finger signal with a “give me a minute” rude answer. Customer service is horrible and personnel seem to be in a bad mood, from front desk to the Dr himself. Next year I will go to another location for sure
