- HHHowardNov 16, 20252.0We had 101 Miami install a Bruno chair lift. Both the chair and 101 are unreliable. It seems reviews of Bruno show their product is prone to problems for which 101 isn’t really qualified to fix. 101 grasps at straws for why it doesn’t work, wants money for repairs that don’t work, and sort of shrugs not knowing what the problem is… but they know they want more money to find it. It’s broken again and we’re looking for a different company to fix it this time. Might wanna skip both Bruno and 101. Edit… yes, you installed it on a family member’s home. It’s not working **again** and we’re going to do our best to find someone else to fix it rather than put good money after bad.
