I just had an AirSculpt procedure done and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The process was smooth, professional, and far more comfortable than I expected—and I was back at work the very next day, which honestly amazed me. Dr. Kandace was absolutely incredible: knowledgeable, reassuring, and clearly an expert at what she does. She made me feel confident and cared for every step of the way. My nurse, Nicole, was just as amazing—so kind, attentive, and supportive before, during, and after the procedure. From start to finish, the entire team exceeded my expectations. I’m already thrilled with my results and would 100% recommend AirSculpt, especially if you’re looking for top-tier care with minimal downtime.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at AirSculpt. I underwent chin liposuction with Renuvion after being explicitly told during my consultation that I was a good candidate, that a single procedure should deliver satisfactory results, and that a second procedure or retouch would not be necessary. I fully complied with all post-operative instructions, including wearing the compression garment longer than required, completing all recommended lymphatic massages, and attending all scheduled follow-ups. At my three-month follow-up, I raised concerns about the lack of visible improvement. I was reassured that results could take up to six months and was explicitly told not to worry, as a retouch would be performed at no cost if needed. At my six-month follow-up, the results remained barely noticeable at best, which I discussed directly with their personnel. Despite continued reassurances, I was then informed shortly afterward that a retouch would cost nearly $2,000 — almost one-third of the original procedure cost. This was both surprising and unacceptable, particularly given the representations made to me earlier and the fact that I traveled internationally to attend this follow-up appointment relying on the information provided. I submitted a detailed formal written complaint to AirSculpt and, to date, have not received any acknowledgment or response. I chose AirSculpt because of its reputation for transparency and patient-centered care. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen well short of those standards

I am sharing my experience with AirSculpt Beverly Hills so others can make an informed decision. I paid approximately $20,000 for an AirSculpt procedure on my calves, knees, ankles, and inner and outer thighs after being told it was minimally invasive, had a 1–3 day recovery, and—most importantly—that any necessary revision would be performed with no additional fees. I specifically asked about revision costs before signing up and was clearly told there would be no fee. This was a major reason I chose AirSculpt, as they emphasized having a “fair revision policy.” After the procedure, my recovery was much longer than advertised (about two weeks), I experienced post-operative complications, and the results were poor and deforming, with little to no improvement in multiple treated areas. I also had serious issues related to post-operative compression garments. Because my surgery included ankles and lower legs, proper compression was critical. However, I was provided with a Bermuda-style garment that did not cover my ankles or feet. As a result, fluid accumulated in my ankles and feet, causing severe swelling, and my feet turned blue, which was frightening. I later researched on my own and learned that for lower-leg procedures, compression garments must extend to the ankles/feet to prevent fluid pooling and vascular complications. When I raised this concern, I was told the garment was “just a suggestion” and that I could choose whatever worked best for me. I am not a medical professional, and I believe it is the surgeon’s responsibility to provide appropriate post-operative guidance and equipment, especially when improper compression can lead to serious harm. When I later requested a revision due to poor results, I was told AirSculpt would now charge $1,895 in “surgery fees.” This directly contradicts what I was told before surgery. Even more concerning, there is no guarantee that the revision would resolve the issues, yet I am still expected to pay additional money to attempt to fix problems caused by the original procedure. In an effort to have the surgery fee waived, a manager named Mele asked me to submit my request so she could contact her supervisor. Communication was minimal after that, and it took three weeks for AirSculpt to respond—only to reject the fee waiver. Throughout this process, I felt dismissed and unsupported. Because of the outcome, the reversal of promises made before surgery, and the lack of accountability, I am currently in the process of filing a complaint with the Medical Board. There is also a large Facebook group of patients who experienced deformities after AirSculpt procedures, many of whom are discussing coordinated legal action or a potential class action. I strongly encourage anyone considering this procedure to seek out these firsthand patient experiences and read the comments before signing up. Based on my experience, I do not feel AirSculpt stands behind its promises or its results. My surgeon was Dr. Lahar. Don’t rely on Yelp reviews they have a mechanism to remove all the negative reviews. They removed all my reviews which were all facts. I hope Google will do better than Yelp.

I have never done AirSculpt or anything like it, so was naturally apprehensive. Dr. Kandace and her staff were so warm and made me feel comfortable answering all of my last minute questions. I recently had AirSculpt on my arms with Dr. Kandice, and the entire experience was so much easier and more comfortable than I ever imagined. I was awake, relaxed, talking, and listening to music and enjoying the Miami skyline — truly zero pain and zero stress. I went back to work the next day! When I took my garment off for the first time, I could already see the difference. At one week, the change was dramatic with minimal bruising I was back working out in 10 days. My arms look sculpted and defined, and I love my results. Recovery was smooth, and I was very intentional with my aftercare which made the results even better. Dr. Kandice is exceptional. She listens, she cares, and she explains everything with such clarity and confidence. Her approach is both professional and warm, and she always makes sure I feel comfortable and informed. Every visit feels personalized, never rushed, and the results speak for themselves — natural, refreshed, and exactly what I hoped for. If you're looking for a fierce surgeon that can give you awesome results and a procedure that fits into your busy schedule, Dr. Kandace and Air sculpt should be your go-to duo.

Frequently Asked Questions About AirSculpt - Miami

What is AirSculpt®?

AirSculpt® is a next-generation body contouring treatment designed to optimize both comfort and precision, available exclusively at AirSculpt offices. The minimally invasive procedure removes fat and tightens skin while sculpting targeted areas of the body, allowing for quick healing with minimal bruising, tighter skin, and precise results.

How long does AirSculpt® last? How many sessions are needed?

Fat removed during an AirSculpt® treatment is permanently removed and will not come back to that body part, which is why there are no sessions, just lasting results delivered in one procedure. If you gain weight afterward, the fat will appear anywhere but the treated area, so your new proportions tend to be preserved even in this scenario.
