- RCRichard CowinFeb 22, 20255.0I had been seeing a very fine cardiologist in Orlando for some time, who I really liked and trusted. Unfortunately, the quality of his administrative staff was poor and, over time, their service was so poor that I no longer felt that I wanted to remain as a patient of the practice. I did some research and I called several cardiology practices. As soon as I called Viera Heart and Vascular Clinic and I had the pleasure of speaking with Courtney, I knew that I had found the right place and that my search was over. Yesterday, I had my first visit there with Dr. Jeong. The facility is modern and clean and the staff was very nice. Dr. Jeong took a lot of time asking questions of me. He then explained everything extremely well with the aid of anatomical models, and he left plenty of time to answer my questions. I feel very Blessed to have found Dr. Jeong and his team at Viera Heart & Vascular Clinic and I highly recommend them.

(Kept telling me the company didn't have the results yet, finally got mad and left a more firm voicemail, and magically my results were there that day). CPAP machine prescription was never sent to pharmacy. After 2 weeks, left ANOTHER firm voicemail, and magically the pharmacy received the prescription an hour later. Office staff is lazy and incompetent. I will be leaving this practice ASAP. (First time, shame on you, second time, shame on me, there will be no 3rd time)
- SSSteve SmithJan 26, 20242.0I like Dr. Jeong, but I only saw him once. The other times I was seen by his assistant whom I'm neutral about. I have decided to stop going to this practice. I prefer to be warned ahead of time rather than discover my condition in an emergency room situation which is what I had happen with Dr. Jeung. I first went to see Dr. Jeong in July 2023. I had an echocardiogram. My follow up appointment the following week was postponed at the last minute. My ejection fraction was disturbingly low. I found this out when I went on a weekend trip and had to check myself into the hospital. I struggled to breathe due to fluid in the lungs due to my heart not pumping efficiently. Dr. Jeong's office never alerted me. I gave them another chance. I had another echocardiogram in November. Again, my follow up was postponed at the last minute. I had to wait two months for a follow up. Enough is enough. I will go elsewhere.
