Such great staff. I’ve donated on their bus, I had the mobile blood van came to my house and now I’ve gone to this physical location. One Blood has the best staff that really take care of people. They are friendly, personable and helpful. Jessy has taken care of me many times and is always a pleasure to talk to during my donations.

Quick donation saves our fellow Americans with blood and platelet donations. OneBlood even compensates the donor for something we as a society should be doing for free. If the donor is getting paid, does that mean the patient has to foot the bill? If that’s the case I would prefer to donate for free so someone in medical crisis is not being exploited.

The people there were great. The wait time was minimal because I didn't have an appointment. Very clean!

Very disappointed informed the staff to take my name and number off their list because in just a couple of weeks I've got nine texts and two phone calls asking for my donation so it boarded on harassment Did not appreciate it When I make the appointment I go to the location there's no big red bus there's nothing All there is is as you can see from the photo this building that looks like an empty lot They have a sign that if it was lit up with tell me that okay this is an active location there are many little strip malls that are like this barren and deserted with no business whatsoever The other stores further down away from it have lights on and everything so you know they're active This place looks like it's dead So I did not see a red bus call the 800 number and the 800 number is pretty much voicemail no one bothers to pick up Go online to find where there's another red bus go to that neighborhood Walmart and guess what nobody's there Go online again it says Oh then try this other place I go there They don't have my information or my appointment I got there in time for my appointment which was at 10:30 I got there at 10:27 they don't have me on the list They called the 800 number to get the same voicemail then they call a different number and they locate it and they say oh he's at this place I said I was there there's no red bus there They go Oh well it's a building Well how am I supposed to know that when everything looks dead over there So after driving back to the location go inside again it's all dark as you can see in the photo and they are like oh you fill out this thing and have a seat sit there for another half hour only to be told oh your appointment is at 10:30 I said I know that they called you and told you I was over at the other place because your place doesn't give you the proper directions Well I'm sorry but we'll have to see you another time so we can reschedule you and I told them I'm sorry but no I've been driving all up and down tried to do my Civic duty I've done this many times in the past but now I'm actually tired and done with this nonsense cuz now you're telling me you can't see me because there's three people ahead of me I've been here all this time I've been going to different locations but there's no red bus here and if you would bother to turn on the lights on your sign outside to let me know that this was an active location I probably would have got out of my vehicle and went inside but it's next door as you can see to another storefront that's barren and empty and with the way their windows are set up you can't see anything inside so I told him listen I've got nine text messages two phone calls bordering on again harassment so I don't want to be bothered with this no more so don't call me no more don't text me no more don't ask me for donations I've done my best with you guys but this is the nonsense I got to deal with and run around You're very unprofessional you don't take Madison to consideration that the other pace told you yes he was here he went to two other locations so that shows you if I'm late it's because your website and your storefront needs to address it and take care of the customer's properly You didn't So you lost me as a future and potential customer so I don't want to be bothering no more Have a good day give her my paperwork and I left So keep in mind if you decide you want to give blood and all that call and if you get a voicemail then just walk away because if they really want your donations cuz they need it so badly then someone should be manning the phone especially when it's 10:00 10:30 in the morning It should be no reason why or you get is a voicemail every time you call very very disappointed 😡
