  I’ve been coming here for a few years now. Every visit is pleasant. Easy to book and reschedule as needed. The wait time once you check in could be better. But the hygienists and dentists are too notch. I started coming here because it was close to work. But now my work office is somewhere else, so I considered finding another team. Then I went in for an appointment and was reminded why I love it here.

  Great DENTAL staff. Been using same hygenist since I moved back to Melbourne 1998. The office staff has changed since it was bought out by North American Dental recently. No longer acceptable practices. Treat customers as if they are a bother and could care less if treated fairly or if they are pleased with the service. No thanks.

  I have received dental care in the UK, the Middle East, and across the U.S., and I have never been treated as disrespectfully as I was at New Image Dentistry. I went in for a simple composite resin repair on a front incisor. A previous resin repair (over 8 years old) had cleanly broken off. There was no pain, no exposed nerve, and no trauma—a routine, conservative repair. The front desk staff were rude and dismissive from the start. When I asked about cost, they refused to provide even a range and insisted I must first agree to an exam and X-rays, stating this was an ADA requirement. That is not accurate. ADA guidelines state X-rays are based on clinical necessity, not mandatory for every case. When I calmly pointed this out, a manager handed me back my ID and told me to “find another dentist,” followed by “good luck finding one who won’t do an X-ray.” Requiring X-rays as office policy is one thing. Misrepresenting it as an ADA mandate and treating a patient with contempt is another. This was unprofessional, misleading, and unacceptable. I would strongly recommend clarifying policies before scheduling and be cautious if you value respectful, transparent care.

  Good morning..If you happen to be looking for a new dentist. Do not use NEW IMAGE DENTISTRY on Lake Washington Melbourne Florida. It has the worst front desk/management service. EVERY appointment has gone at least an hour past the appointment time without them coming to us to let us know its running over. They called me this morning asking to reschedule my sons appointment, which was fine, we went in at 9:40am instead of 11:00 am. We sat there for an hour past the appointment with no one coming to let us know they were running behind again. I asked, she went and checked, then said it would be another 20 minutes, at that point I was upset. I am sitting right there in the waiting room, have the decency to walk over and let us know what's happening. The office manager kept her back turned to me the entire time, told the lady speaking to me to tell me there was an emergency. Just impolite, poor customer service. DO NOT GO THERE!!! If I could give this place stars in the negative, I certainly would.

  Dr. Mujeeb is the best dentist anyone could ever ask for. Gentle, knowledgeable, kind and caring. He has such a wonderful bedside manner. He cares about his patients and let's you know all the angles of your visit. Cracked a tooth that was cutting into my tongue. He was very compassionate and understanding and was able to get me right in that same day. I'm grateful to call him my dentist. Thank you so much!!!
