- DODr. Victoria O'BannionMay 9, 20241.0I recently had an accident that left me with inch long thorns covering both arms and due to the nature of the accident they became infected. I went to the emergency room who said Chanda was a local dermatologist .I called on a Friday. I was told there wasn’t one single minute that entire week that they could fit me in, although my arms were swollen, oozing, and extremely painful. It was important for me to get in because I was advised to be treated before they began to heal over with the painful thorns in my arm. She gave me an appointment for that next Friday. I wasn’t happy but over my better judgment I decided to wait. Today I received a call saying that the doctor was taking the day so they needed to reschedule! Adding further insult, he couldn’t see me till the following Tuesday, five more days ahead! Just now I got a call saying that the doctor was talking extended days and they could schedule me TWO WEEKS OUT! Let me assure you: this “doctor “ or his staff don’t give a flying flip about the individual patient. Their manner is unapologetic, unsympathetic, and completely condescending. They didn’t give me a heads up, a call, NOTHING so I could make other arrangements, which I certainly would have done had I know how completely unprofessional Chanda and his office are. The heck with them! Don’t waste your time.
- RPrandy pryorMar 2, 20245.0DR Chanda has cared for my entire family for many years and hes the best if youre looking for happy bubbly social dr hes not it but the man knows his skin cancer being a surfer and fisherman blonde hair blue eyes id guess ive had over a dozen taken care of by him. I went once to another health first dermatologist and it was happy bubbly but I had to go back 3 times and that never happens with Dr Chanda I dont know what ill do if he ever retires

- PBpeter barnesAug 31, 20165.0i don't know what is up with these negative reviewers! i've been going to dr. chanda for nearly a decade. i have never found his staff to be rude. dr. chanda is an excellent care provider, experienced, knowledgable, and it seems to me, a gentle and caring person.
