- RDRick DiazJan 4, 20221.0Worst front office I have ever seen. I switched doctors due to moving away and a records request was made back in November by my new doctor for my medical records. I had an appointment with the new doctor on Dec. 13 and they had still not yet received my records from Pinnacle and were limited in what they could discuss with me. I called and asked them to please send my records over as it had been more than a month and I have an upcoming appointment on Jan. 13. Today I called my new doctor and was informed that my records have still not been sent over. I called Pinnacle and was treated very rudely and told that basically I was not a priority as they were too busy with the holidays and treating patients to be bothered then hung up on me when I questioned her. EXCUSE ME? I am a qualified disabled person who needs regular care and you can't be bothered to send my records over to my new doctor? They've had until mid-November to do this. Tina Mabe is awesome, but the people running the front office are the worst. AVOID! UPDATE: The same woman that hung up on me called back to tell me she had found the records request and that by law they had 30 working days in which to send the records over, so I guess if you don't mind being treated by a doctor whose staff thinks more about their time limits than your care, this is an OK place to go for your health care.
