- MMMikeOct 7, 20251.0Never received gift for donating. Donated blood over two weeks ago on the bus. Was told the physical Howl-O-Scream tickets were all gone for the day, and they would send the ticket through the mail. They did not. The ticket was never sent, and no one returned my call to the Leesburg location to find out what's going on. I was willing to pick it up in person, but there was no care from the Leesburg office.

- GMGG MayoJan 23, 20244.0Fantastic team of people! Friendly, polite and kind. However need to block off 8:00 appt for whole blood when that are more then 2 appts for platelets. Platelets go first as they take longer but it shouldn't be at the expense of the whole blood donors! I had an appt at 8:00 for whole blood and wasn't called back until 8:55! I would have NEVER made an appt for 8:00 if I had been informed! Certainly won't do that again!! Update! Well here I sit again! Whole blood appt at 8:30 and of course they are taking platelet appts in front of me! And to top it off there are 2 employees sitting at desks helping NO ONE! This is unacceptable! If you don't want my blood just say so! Bye one blood I don't need this disrespect!
