Nice clean facility and I was greeted immediately even though they were tending to other donors. They showed care for me before, during, and after donation. I will definitely return.

Was told the physical Howl-O-Scream tickets were all gone for the day, and they would send the ticket through the mail. They did not. The ticket was never sent, and no one returned my call to the Leesburg location to find out what's going on. I was willing to pick it up in person, but there was no care from the Leesburg office.

No compensation (because you really shouldn't be doing it for the money right?!) but it's offered and it's a scam. They gave me a QR code I scanned it, my donation or visitation was documented, and as far as the compensation, they give a number to call, which is a pre-recorded VM that tells you they will contact you in 5-7 days. I wish I can take my blood back. I'd rather do business with One Blood's competition. #Scam
