My daughter received braces at age 14 for $6,000 and was repeatedly warned her braces could be removed due to oral hygiene issues. Despite those warnings, the orthodontist never followed through or clearly communicated ongoing concerns, leading us to believe her condition had improved. After her braces were removed, we were told she had only minor cavities, but three separate dentists later confirmed she has cavities in every tooth, requiring over $11,500 in dental work. The orthodontist and office manager have taken no accountability beyond an apology and focused only on retainer adjustments. This situation caused extreme financial strain and emotional distress for my daughter. The lack of communication, accountability, and concern for patient well-being was unprofessional and unacceptable. Attached is the picture of the total amount for her dental work that I have to pay.

Theres been plenty of times where i had to cancel my appointments because something came up. And all staff have been helpful and always made it work out. Everyone is so professional and kind and I've had the best experience here. My teeth look so amazing!!! Im actually shocked on how good they turned out! I 100 percent recommend coming here for any type of orthopedic work! Thank you Dr. Strouse and everyone for my amazing smile 😁❤️
