After completing our eye exams and picking out frames, we were suddenly informed we owed fees for the exam and lenses. After questioning it, we were finally told our insurance was actually out of network. Had we been told this upfront—especially after providing our insurance cards—we would have never stayed for the exam. Very disappointing lack of transparency.

That definitely didn’t happen as a matter of fact, I had to call them and take a trip there days later to receive them a week or more out. Also was not a fan of the virtual doctor as opposed to a live doctor . They need more employees I waited for 25 minutes while checking on my glasses for them to tell me the same thing they told me on the day of the initial visit. Sadly to say I will stick with America’s Best.
