- AOAriel Olivia4 days ago1.0The young lady who answered the phone has a horrible attitude. She answered the phone with an attitude and spoke to me as though I was an idiot. I was trying to check if my insurance was compatible with the MD I wanted to see and after taking all my personal information such as name, address, phone number and member ID of my insurance, she then told me she can't know if it's "active" unless I make an in-person appointment and then proceeded to hang up in my face. She didn't even ask if I wanted to make an appointment she just said "you can call us when you decide to make an appointment" and then hung up. Unnecessarily sassy and because of her, no, I will not be calling back to make an appointment. If the front desk staff is rude like that, I can't imagine how horrible the care of the doctors will be.
