  i had been there more than 10x for urine drug test & blood tests for my job as a traveling nurse. Every time i visited there are always issues, except 1 time. Previous encounter with a lab tech who pull out a needle & did not put pressure , so my blood was squirting, i asked him why, he said , i wanted u to do it( but he never told me, all techs previous to him did apply pressure). Last week visit, they were probably short staff, but they had time to socialize with each other at the reception area for a while, before she texted the wrong number to do my paperwork, I waited a while & i said "i did not receive anything, i wrote it in very big numbers, how can u miss it" she replied, "yes u did" no apology or admission of her error. Then after they finished socializing (10 minutes) then i get called back. The same receptionist is the tech now.

  My last visit was a telehealth visit as my injury was above the scope of what they handle. The physician did not know why he was calling me other than the staff told him to. He became very flustered, stuttering when answering questions, even his own name. He would not answer my questions I had for him and hung up the call That was my 3rd visit, 3rd different MD And even though the website states “ handle injuries, including fractures “ they had no supplies to put a cast on and the first MD Dr Buette, stated she was not touching it” She sid let me unwrap my arm remove the splint and wash my arm as the waited for the cray machine to warm up for 20-30 min after being turned on I had insisted on X-rays My original fall was 11/11 I was sent to the WC clinic to be seen a month later as I had not been seen since leaving the hospital on 11/12. I still have not seen a qualified orthopedic surgeon 8 weeks post fall. The WC appt was a CYA move since the first WC adjuster was completely incompetent of her job. I have a displaced fracture of my Left distal humerus. Basically means nothing is connected. I could feel the bones move independently of each other. I am still waiting to be seen 1/8 The whole incident from 11/12 after coming home has been a fiasco. The last photo was taken at the WC clinic. They had no previous film from 11/11 to compare to. The plate on the elbow was from 6 years ago

  3 hours to do a physical is insane.

  If I could give them zero stars, I would! This is a grubby little clinic that provides terrible service. I was the 2nd person in the door and I still waited 3 hours to be seen. After I left, I got a phone call saying that I had to come back because they x-rayed the wrong shoulder. They acted like it was my fault that THEY made a mistake. I used their bathroom which had NO running water at all in the sink—seems like a health code violation to me. I would never voluntarily go to this urgent care.
