First, I went into the freezing chamber, literally freezing my ass off while listening to “Pour Some Sugar on Me” 😂 but honestly, it was an awesome experience. You come out feeling cool, refreshed, and energized, and apparently it works wonders. After that, I received a manual cryo wand massage, and this part was top notch. Angela, let me tell you, she is AMAZING. She explains everything in detail, makes you feel comfortable the entire time, and pays attention to every little detail. From giving you a mask, gloves, and a hat to manage the cold, to being extra attentive to the areas that need more focus with the wand. She is very kind, professional, and truly knows what she’s doing. Ask for her. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
