If you donate at any other plasma center you have to wait 36 days before you can come here. All others are 3 days or at most. Good luck with that business plan.

Great place to make a donation of blood. The crew are friendly, and make you feel comfortable no matter what you are donating. Been going to OneBlood/BloodNet centers for many years and recommend them to anyone who would like to help others out in need of blood. (8 1/2 Gallons myself ☺️)

**This is my second time posting this review because somehow my original was deleted — I never received a call, a follow-up, or even an apology.** I went to the OneBlood Donation Center on Lakeland Hills Blvd. about a week ago to donate blood — something I’ve done many times before without issue. I arrived well-hydrated and have never had trouble with my veins. Unfortunately, this visit was a complete disaster due to the lack of training and professionalism displayed by the staff. A young lady, clearly inexperienced, struggled to find my vein. She even asked another worker to confirm whether what she was seeing was a vein or scar tissue. Eventually, she committed — and completely missed. The moment she inserted the needle was extremely painful, and I told her she missed as she began taping it down. At that point, the other staff member stepped in and attempted to force the needle back and forth in my arm, trying to "fix" it. I was in pain and frustrated, and told them to stop and pull the needle out. As soon as they removed the needle, blood poured out of my arm and onto the towel. The young lady screamed, clearly shaken and overwhelmed by the situation. As I was leaving, the other worker had the nerve to tell me I “can’t be upset because these things happen.” This was an absolutely horrible experience — unprofessional, painful, and unacceptable. About an hour later, I removed the bandage and discovered a large, painful lump at the injection site (photos available). I’m writing this not just out of frustration, but to warn others: *find a more competent donation center.* Your health and safety should not be left in the hands of people who are not properly trained. This visit completely destroyed my trust in this location, and I won’t be returning.

I donated blood today at tractor supply. MJ and Karla were so kind, gentle, they were the nicest people ever. They were so sweet & fun! I’ll definitely go back if they’ll be there!
